Sehr schönes Produkt mit einem Makel

Das Produkt ist sehr hochwertig und sieht auch wunderschön aus. Habe es als Geburtstagsgeschenk gekauft. Aber als wir zusammen das Paket aufgemacht haben war die Verpackung von dem Produkt leider voller Staub. Da wir beide allergisch auf Staub reagieren mussten wir erstmal mit Masken bewaffnet das Paket entstauben.

Our comment: Das tut uns sehr leid. Es ist nicht immer möglich das Lager komplett staubfrei zu halten. Wir geben aber unser Bestes. Magische Grüße aus dem Elbenwald

Die Produkte sind sehr süß und stimmt

Die Produkte sind sehr süß und stimmt nach Fotos, die auf der Webseite gezeigt wird. Ich habe das Produkt per Post bestellt und zwei Teller sind etwas beschädigt angekommen. Nach der Problemmeldung hat Elbenwald das Problem sehr professionell und schnell gelöst. Sehr freundliches Service. Ich bin begeistert!
