Unfortunately, we cannot cover shipping costs for returns from outside Germany. However, please always include the completed return form with your package to ensure that your return is processed quickly. Returns within Germany are free (when using our return label).

Exchange
Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. We cannot automatically offset items against each other. Therefore, please order your item again in the right size in the online shop. Simply return your first order. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving your return.
Returns - It's that easy
Download, fill out, and enclose the return form
To make sure your return is processed quickly, download the return form from here and fill it out as follows:
- Don’t forget your bank details for the refund (only necessary for payment by cash on delivery)
- Note the item number(s) and reason for return
- Including an additional copy of your invoice can help resolve any issues
- Detailed instructions on how to fill out the form are also on the back of the return form
Pack the item(s) securely
Please return the item(s) in their original packaging if possible; they’re safest in our shipping box. Other sturdy boxes work too, but no bags!

Take your parcel to the nearest post office or Packstation and ship it with sufficient postage. Done! Keep your proof of shipment safe in case of loss.
