Returns and exchange


Your return within Germany is free of charge if you use the enclosed return label. In case of loss, please contact our customer support.
For returns from abroad, unfortunately, no costs can be assumed. However, please enclose a completed return form with your package so that it can be processed quickly.

Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. We cannot automatically offset items against each other. Therefore, please order your item again in the right size in the online shop. Simply return your first order. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving your return.

Returns - It's that easy


Fill in the return form and enclose it

This is a prerequisite so that your return can be processed quickly! In case of loss, you can download the form again here. Please note:

  • Customer number, order number or invoice number must be entered.
  • Don't forget the bank details for the refund (not necessary when paying by credit card, PayPal or Amazon Pay).
  • Note item number(s) and reason for return
  • Additional copy of invoice helps in case of discrepancies
  • Detailed information on how to fill in the return form can be found on the back of the return form.

Pack the item(s) securely

Please return the item(s) in the original packaging if possible; they are best kept in our shipping carton. Other sturdy cardboard boxes will also work, but not bags!


Stick on the return label

This is the only way to ensure that your return is free of charge! If you lose the sticker, you can request a new one from our customer support.


Send the parcel

And off you go: Take your parcel to the nearest post office or Packstation. Done! Keep the delivery receipt carefully in case of loss.
