Parcel shipping with DHL
All our domestic parcels are shipped with DHL. As soon as your parcel is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code. You can use this link or DHL directly to find out where your parcel is currently located.
DHL Express

costs, we guarantee next-day delivery for every express order that reaches us by 3:00 p.m. from Monday to
Thursday!
This form of delivery is possible with purchase on account, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Pay now Klarna, Apple Pay
and credit card. At present, the
express service is only available throughout Germany. The costs are made up of our currently valid shipping costs.
Delivery time
If an order is placed on a working day before 7.00 a.m., delivery is usually made on the following working day by 6.00 p.m.. For orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, delivery will generally be made on the next but one working day by 6.00 pm. Dates for deliveries and services are only binding if they are expressly confirmed in writing by Elbenwald. Elbenwald is entitled to make a delivery before a stated delivery date.
Delivery time in Germany
If the articles are in stock, the goods will be handed over to the shipping department immediately on the next working day after receipt of the order. Within Germany, the delivery time through our logistics partner DHL is usually another 1-2 working days after sending the order. In the case of increased parcel volumes, e.g. shortly before the holidays, there may be minimal delays. Information on the availability of an item can be found in each detailed description.
Delivery time abroad
For orders to foreign countries, a delivery time of at least 3-5 working days after sending the order by Elbenwald is to be expected. Experience shows that shipping to foreign countries takes about one week. In the event of increased parcel volumes, e.g. during the Christmas period, this period may be even longer, which is why we ask you to place your order as early as possible.

Customs / delivery restrictions
When importing ordered goods into countries that are not members of the EU, import duties in the form of import sales tax and customs duties are due. The necessary forms are already completely filled out by us.
The import sales tax is levied on the order value including the shipping costs and corresponds to the value added tax applicable in your country. Additional customs duties may be levied, which can vary greatly depending on the goods ordered and your country.

Partial delivery
When placing your order, please make sure that the ordered items are available for delivery, as we ship all items together. Partial deliveries will only be made at our expense if the delivery date stated at the time of ordering changes significantly.
If you want to order items with different delivery times, but also want to receive immediately available items, it is easiest to place several orders. If you want to change an order afterwards and have parts shipped separately, please contact our support.
