Schlechter Scherz?

Ich bin echt ein mega Fan von euch und habe echt viele Produkte von euch. Aber diesmal wurde ich gleich zweifach enttäuscht: 1. sieht Krummbein aus als hätte ihm die peitschende Weide noch ein paar Mal auf die Nase gegeben und das Ding anfassen war eine echt böse Erfahrung und 2. wäre es vielleicht nett VORHER zu erwähnen dass man aus Österreich keine Produkte zurückschicken kann ohne Aufpreis, dann bestellt man vielleicht nicht direkt im Lockdown. Bestellung kam natürlich auch im Lockdown, also dauerte es bis der Store wieder offen hatte. Wollte warten und wurde aber krank, dann war die Rückgabefrist überschritten. Toll, jetzt habe ich einen Krummbein, der aussieht wie Kreacher.

Our comment: Hallo Kerstin, wenn das Plüschtier nicht aussieht wie auf den Fotos, kannst du es natürlich immer zurückgeben oder -schicken. Derzeit gilt auch noch die verlängerte Rückgabefrist. Alle vom 30.11. bis 24.12. gekauften Artikel kannst du bis zum 15. Januar 2022 zurückgeben! Vielleicht fällt da dein Produkt noch mit rein. Wir oder besser gesagt die AGB's weisen vorher darauf hin, dass Retouren die außerhalb von Deutschland kommen selbst bezahlt werden müssen. Den AGB's stimmst du vor dem Kauf zu, ohne ginge es ja nicht. Diese Information findest du unter Punkt 6 - Folgen des Widerrufs. Liebe Grüße aus dem Elbenwald. :)

Könnte es auch vielleicht Krätze geben also als kuscheltier wie hier Krumbein. wäre cool
