2. General Information on Data Processing

We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services. The processing of personal data is based on the GDPR, in particular Art. 6(1)(a-f) GDPR.

Whenever our website is accessed, data is automatically stored by the web server. This includes, among other things:

5. Data Processing for Contract Fulfilment and Customer Account

To process your orders, we process personal data (name, address, email, payment data). Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the performance of a contract.

After the contract has been fully fulfilled, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted after the statutory retention periods have expired.

6. Payment Service Providers and Credit Check

For payment processing, we transmit the necessary data to the payment service provider you have selected. In the case of purchase on account, a credit check may be carried out.
