The puzzle pieces are dirty and broken.

Honestly, this was quite a disappointing experience. When the puzzles arrived, there was dirt everywhere and I had to clean several puzzle pieces, and one piece even fell apart. Selling something of such poor quality for 20 euros is quite audacious.

Our comment: Hey Dea, that's a real shame and it shouldn't be like that. If a product is faulty, you are welcome to write a message to our customer support team and we'll see what we can do together, what we can do. I'm sure we'll find a solution. Best regards from the Elbenwald.
