Zu den Figuren kann ich leider nichts sagen, da sie als Weihnachtsgeschenke verpackt auf die Weitergabe warten. Die Bestellung im Shop selbst war einfach, übersichtlich und schnell. Der Versand verlief problemlos mit DHL bis zum Paketshop (habe eine Dauerumleitung eingerichtet), wo ich es abgeholt habe. Die Figuren waren gut und sicher verpackt, die Betreuung durch Elbenwald mit den wirklich nett verfassten Mails war sehr gut. Ich fühle mich als Kunde hier sehr gut aufgehoben.
