I bought the doormat as a gift

I bought the doormat as a gift for a LOTR fan and safe to say he loved it! I do want to express how satisfied I am with the customer service because I felt reassured the entire time I waited for the package (I ordered internationally).

Hübsche Matte, die leider Borsten verliert

Die Matte sieht generell gut aus und wird dem Zweck, den sie bei mir bekommt, gut dienen - als Deko vor dem bodentiefen Fenster im Büro. Wenn man sie als tatsächliche Fußmatte im Alltag verwendet, kann ich mir nicht vorstellen, dass sie allzu lange hält. Schon bei der Lieferung waren einige der Borsten im gesamten Karton verteilt, meiner Erfahrung nach verschlimmert sich das im Laufe der Zeit nur, wenn man sie zum Abtreten der Schuhe nutzt. Aber wie gesagt, sie sieht schick aus, wirkt gut genug verarbeitet und wird mir als Deko-Objekt lange Freude machen, hoffe ich.
